An Integrative Approach to Healing
Marshall Wood is a New York State licensed acupuncturist (NCCAOM certified). He has been treating patients for almost 20 years in both New York City and the Adirondacks. Since childhood Marshall has studied various Kung Fu forms, Aikido, Kali Arnis, as well as Ba Gua and Tai Chi. Marshall also apprenticed at the Fifth Street Clinic in New York City with world renowned martial artist and practitioner/teacher of Chinese Medicine Tom Bisio.
Marshall's understanding of Chinese medicine and health maintenance has been greatly informed by the fundamental exercises and body mechanics found in Qi Gong and the martial arts.
